1. Sponsor

The diapr gift wheel (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by diapr.ai, 31 Baldwin St N, Whitby, Ontario L1M 0A7, Canada (“we”, “us”, “our”). Questions: [email protected].

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook (Meta), TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn or Threads. By taking part, you release them from any liability connected with the Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to spin. A purchase does not improve your chances. Claiming a prize needs a payment card, and you pay $0 when you claim (Section 7). Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion and Entry Periods

• Dates. The Promotion starts on 15 October 2026 and runs until we end it with notice on this page.
• By invitation only. You can take part only through a personal gift link sent to you by Nora at diapr.ai. A link may be used only by the person it was sent to. Entries made through a link by anyone else are void.
• Entry Periods. Each calendar month, in Pacific Time, is a separate Entry Period. A link belongs to the Entry Period in which it was sent.
• How long a link lasts. You can use your link until 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the 30th day after it was sent. After that, it can no longer be used to spin.

4. Who can take part

• Where you live and your age. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and of Canada, who are 18 or older and at least the age of majority where they live when they enter. The age of majority is 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, and 21 in Mississippi.
• Not eligible. Residents of Québec and of US territories (including Puerto Rico), and our staff and contractors and the members of their households.
• New customers only. The Promotion is for anyone who has never paid for diapr. One prize per person and per family, across every diapr offer.

5. How to enter

1. Open your link and enter your details: your first name, your country, whether your baby is here yet with your due date or your baby's date of birth, and an email address, a mobile number or both. Entering costs nothing.
2. Canadian residents must then correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without help, before the spin. You have 3 tries. Each try is a new question with 3 minutes to answer. If none of your answers is correct, no prize can be awarded through that link.
3. Spin the wheel once. By spinning, you confirm that you are eligible and agree to these Official Rules.

• One entry per person, whatever the number of links you receive. If the email address, mobile number or browser you used has already been used for a spin through another link, the later link closes without a prize.
• Your details. Before you spin, you can change your details up to 3 times. Your country can't be changed once your details are in.
• Your browser. Your link is tied to the browser you first entered your details from. On any other device, you first confirm the email address or mobile number you used.

6. Prizes, odds and values

Each eligible spin gets exactly one prize, drawn independently at random on our server at the odds below. The odds are the same for every spin and every entrant, in the US and in Canada, and the slices of the wheel are sized to match them. Up to 80 prizes can be awarded in each Entry Period: each link holds one of the Entry Period's 80 places, and a link gives at most one prize. Values are approximate retail values in US dollars, at the diapr Premium monthly price of $9.99 a month.

7. Claiming your prize

• Claim within 30 days. Claim your prize in the diapr app by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the 30th day after your spin. The claim-by date is shown with your prize. Your code is on your gift page in the browser you entered from, and we also send it to the email address or mobile number you gave.
• The app. The diapr app is in beta. On iPhone it comes through Apple TestFlight, and on Android we send an invite within 2 business days of your asking.
• A payment card is required. You add a card through Stripe to activate the prize, and you pay $0 when you claim. When the prize months end, your diapr Premium subscription renews automatically at $9.99 a month (the then-current Premium monthly price, in US dollars) on that card unless you cancel before then.
• Cancel anytime. We email you before your first charge. You can cancel anytime in the app (Manage subscription) or by emailing [email protected]. If you cancel before the prize months end, you are not charged.
• When a prize can't be claimed. You can't claim the prize if, when you claim, you or your family has ever paid for diapr, has an active paid plan, has already claimed a diapr offer, or has redeemed a diapr gift subscription.
• Our Terms. A prize is a promotional offer under Section 8 of our Terms of Service, which also apply to it. If the Terms and these rules differ about the Promotion, these rules control.

8. How the result is picked

Our server picks the result with a cryptographic random draw at the odds in Section 6, and saves it before it is shown to you. The wheel only displays that result: how or when you tap does not change it. Reopening your link shows the same result.

9. Conditions

• Fair play. Entries made with several identities, email addresses, mobile numbers or links, by automated means, or by tampering with the gift page or the Promotion are void.
• Stopping or changing the Promotion. We may stop sending new links at any time. We may suspend or end the Promotion if fraud, a technical failure or anything else beyond our control affects its fair running. A prize already awarded is honoured, unless the entrant was not eligible or broke these rules.
• Messages. We are not responsible for messages that are lost, late or not delivered. Your code is always on your gift page in the browser you entered from.
• Decisions. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final.

10. Privacy

• What we collect. The first name and social media handle Nora used to send your link, the platform, and the address of the public post Nora saw. From you: your first name, country, whether your baby is here yet with your due date or your baby's date of birth, your email address and/or mobile number, your answers to the skill-testing question (Canada), your spin result and your choices about marketing emails and texts.
• Why. To run the Promotion, send your prize, keep one entry per person, and keep a contact record of your entry.
• Who processes it for us. Google Cloud (hosting and our database); HighLevel (LeadConnector), for our contact records, emails and text messages; and Muse, the platform Nora's outreach runs on.
• How long we keep it. Your entry details are deleted from our database 90 days after your link's last day if you never spin, or 90 days after your prize is claimed or its claim window ends. Keyed hashes of the email address, mobile number and browser used for a spin are kept to enforce one entry per person. The contact record in HighLevel is kept until you ask us to delete it.

11. Messages

• Your code. We send the email and the text with your code because you asked for them by spinning: one of each per prize, to the email address and mobile number you gave. When you claim, we send one email to confirm it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, and HELP for help.
• Marketing is optional. The two boxes on the form, to receive emails or text messages from diapr.ai, are optional and unchecked. Ticking one does not affect your entry or your chances.

12. Taxes

The prize values are below the amounts that require tax reporting. You are responsible for any taxes on your prize.

13. Release, liability and disputes

• Release. To the extent permitted by law, by taking part you release diapr.ai, its staff, contractors and service providers, and the platforms named in Section 1 from liability for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or a prize.
• Limits. Our liability is limited as in Section 13 of our Terms of Service. Nothing in these rules limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your mandatory consumer rights.
• Law and disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are resolved as described in Sections 15 and 16 of our Terms of Service, which keep the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.

14. Prize list

For the number of each prize awarded in an Entry Period (no names), email [email protected] within 90 days after that Entry Period ends.

15. Changes to these rules

We may update these rules. A material change creates a new version of these rules and starts a new Entry Period. The version and its dates are at the top of this page. These rules are written in English.
